Once accepted, a technician is dispatched to your location with the correct tyres and tools. On arrival, the technician sets up a safe workspace, removes old tyres, fits and balances new ones, checks all pressures and TPMS, and provides a digital receipt. The process is designed to be fast, safe, and convenient, with no need for you to visit a garage.

Our technician arrives at your location, inspects the tyre inside and out, and determines if a safe repair is possible according to British Standards. If repairable, the tyre is removed, cleaned, and a permanent plug-patch is applied. The tyre is then refitted, balanced, and inflated to the correct pressure. If the puncture is unsafe to repair (e.g., sidewall damage), we offer a replacement and explain your options transparently.

We use specialist, non-destructive extraction tools designed for all major locking nut types. The technician assesses the nut type and condition, then carefully removes it without damaging the wheel or alloy. Replacement nuts can be supplied if needed. The process is quick, safe, and avoids the need for dealer intervention or wheel damage.

The technician arrives with professional-grade jump start equipment suitable for all vehicles, including hybrids and electrics. They assess the battery, check for electrical faults, and safely jump start the vehicle. If the battery is dead or failing, we can supply and fit a new battery on-site. All work is documented and safety-checked before you drive away.
